a.d. hudson Surgical instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for their intended surgical purpose. Any a.d. hudson Surgical instrument that is determined to be defective will, at a.d. hudson Surgical discretion, be repaired or replaced (See Our Surgical Instrument Return Policy). Normal wear and tear and/or instrument misuse, including improper use or inadequate maintenance, are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. All of a.d. hudson Surgical instruments are warranted only to the original purchaser. This instrument is intended to be used only for the specific purpose for which it was designed. It is the responsibility of clinicians and sterilization professionals to familiarize themselves with proper techniques for using and caring for this instrument. a.d. hudson Surgical makes no other representations, either expressly or implied, beyond the information contained here. a.d. hudson Surgical will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of any of a.d. hudson Surgical instruments or products.
